Biography
Cecelia was born on September 29, 1849[1][2]. She was the daughter of John Fraser and Sarah McMiler-Burke.
In 1871[3] she was Scottish and Catholic living in Brockville, Ontario.
Thomas and Cecilia were married in Brockville, Ontario on November 11, 1873.[4][5][6][7]
In 1881[8] she was Catholic and living in Toronto, Ontario. By 1901[9] she was a widow.
She was still living in Toronto in 1911.[10]
Cecilia passed away in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles County, California on November 27, 1928 and is buried in Toronto, Ontario[11].
