Biography
Andrew Kermit Frater was born on April 7, 1909, in Belmont, Wisconsin, his father, Frederick, was 36 and his mother, Marian, was 39. He was married three times and had one son and three daughters. He died on June 12, 1990, in Madison, Wisconsin, at the age of 81, and was buried in Monona, Wisconsin.[1]
