Research Notes

Online transcript of birth record does not show 'Alick' as a first or second name and nor does it record any initial 'A'. It is presumed that this was his middle and/ or preferred name and recorded here as such although further research is warranted.

The death registration has his mother's first name mis-transcribed as 'Lucey' instead of 'Lucy'. She did pass almost 30 years earlier so may also have been mis-recalled.
