Calma Frizzell Howe was born 2 August 1772 in Vernon, Windham County, Vermont, the daughter of John Frizzell and Martha Bartlett.

She married Ebenezer Howe (Jan. 11, 1774, Hinsdale, NH - Sept. 15, 1855 Hinsdale, NH). They had at least six children: They had at least six children:
