Phoebe Frost (married name Arnold) was born in 1879 in Orange, New south Wales, Australia, the daughter of Bridget Frost and Robert Frost.^[1]

She married Joseph Smith Arnold on 2 October 1907 in Sydney, New South Wales.^[2][3] Their daughter was:

• Gwendolyn Bridget Arnold (1909–1994)^[4]

Phoebe died in 1936 in Randwick, New South Wales.^[5]
