Florine was born in 1924 in Georgia. Her parents were Jim Pet Fudge and Ella Virginia Shiver. The family was living in Polk County, Florida, in 1945.^[1]

Florine married Raymond T Pellino in 1946 in Polk County, Florida.^[2]

She passed away in 2006.^[3] Burial was in the Garden of Devotion in Tallahassee Memory Gardens (cemetery), Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA.^[4] She shares a grave marker with her husband which is inscribed Together Forever.^[5]
