Son of Spencer Burton Fulkerson and Nellie Grace Henson
It appears he enlisted in the military and may have served during World War II.
While he was born in Missouri, it appears he moved to Arkansas after his military service and settled there.
He married Essie Mathis (likely named Edwards or Rhoades at the time - she had previous marriages). It is not known at what age they were at the time of their marriage, so it is not known if they had children together.
He died most likely in Arkansas in 1991. His wife passed away a few years later in 1997. They are both buried in Memorial Park Cemetery in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
