Born in Brimfield, Mass Territory. Rev War Veteran Removed to Shoreham, VT in 1789 Several children born to wife Rachel Miller there. She died in Aug 1815 of a perforated ulcer He remarried a widow from Shoreham in Dec 1815. They left VT in June 1816 and arrived in Ohio July 1816 as his children had moved there. He established a large farm on 160 acres, built a fine home with his son Joseph Jr. Sr. J. Fuller died and was buried in the area’s Congregational Church cemetery, however, this land was unfit for long term use, as such the remains and gravestones were moved to a safer location.
