Biography
Monroe Joseph Fulton was born 25 August 1907 in Coalgate, Coal County, Oklahoma. [1] He was the son of James Fulton and Helen Luella "Lulu" Pack. [2] [3] He married Stella Taylor on 22 September 1928 in Blaine County, Oklahoma. [4] [5] [6] He passed away 18 April 1982 in Sutter County, California. [7] [8] He was interred in Live Oak Cemetery, Live Oak, Sutter County, California. [1]
