Biography

James Gaddis lived in Appalachia, in Georgia. See Appalachia Project.

James was born in 1775.[1]

In the 1830 census James (55) was in Habersham, DeKalb, Georgia, United States. In this household was a male and female aged between 50 and 60 years, along with one male (15-20), one male (20-30), two females (under 5), one female (10-15), one female (15-20), and one female (20-30).[2]

He passed away in 1850[1] or 1835[3] according to two unsourced family trees.
