Elizabeth was born in 1808 in Ontario, Canada to parents Johann George Gallinger
1764–1833 and Mary Margaret Warner 1767–1853. In 1838 Elizabeth married Michael George Cline in Cornwall, Stormont, Ontario, Canada. They mad their home in New York and raised children Mary, George , Seraphina, William, Michael and Susan.
