Joseph Garner was born in Lancashire, England.

Joseph Garner was born in about 1755 in Lancashire, England. [1]

He married Margaret. The couple had at least 2 children.

In 1800, he was a pinmaker in Warrington, Lancashire. [2]

In 1841 Joseph (age about 86) was living 'Back Fennel Street", Warrington with his daughter Margaret.[1]

He died in 1844 aged 90.  His death was registered at Warrington [3]
