Birdie was born in 1882 at Whitebead, Pickens, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, the daughter of Samuel Johnson Garvin and Susan H. Muncrief. Birdie passed away 28 Sep 1910 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Oklahoma. She is buried at the Maysville Cemetery, Maysville, Garvin County, Oklahoma.^[2]
