Biography
Georges Lafayette was born in 1837. He was the son of Pierre Gautier and Pelagie Crochet.[1]
In 1850, Lafayette lived with his siblings.[2] In 1860, he was nineteen years old and living with the Viguerie family. [3]
Lafayette married Marie Celina Pitre and in 1900 was living in Houma with his wife and daughter, working as a grocery merchant.[4]
At some point he remarried to Emelie Chauvin.[5]
He passed away in 1912.[6]
