Biography

Gertrudis Gijsen was born on October 18, 1879, in Heythuysen, Limburg, Netherlands, the daughter of Jan Gijsen and Helena Verstappen.^[1]

She married Hendricus Hubertus Schroën, the son of Petrus Joannes Schroën and Anna Maria Verstappen, on April 12, 1907, in Heythuysen, Limburg, Netherlands.^[2]
