And on the prayer of the said Charles C P Gilchrist an appeal is granted him to the court of appeals upon his executing bond in the clerks office of this court with Grant Blackmall and Armstead L . Churchill his securities in the penalty of Five hundred Dollars conditioned as the law directs within ten days from this date.”
