Biography

Joseph Arthur Girouard was born in Lincoln, Providence County, Rhode Island on 26 February 1875. He was the second child born to Lewis and Almine Girouard.^{[1] [2]}

Joseph married Wavine Brazeau on 1 October 1900 in Lincoln, Rhode Island. He was age 25 years, a resident of Willamantic, Connecticut, a physician, and the son of Louis Girouard and Hermine Cormier. Wavine was age 25 years, resident of Manville, Lincoln, and the daughter of Cyrile Brazeau of Arzelie Cloutier.^[3]

He died in Connecticut in 1953.^[4]
