Biography
Jane was born in 1811. She is the daughter of Richard Gledhill and Martha Crowther. "Gledhill, Jane Daughter of Richard and Martha of Birstall".
Jane married Mark Blackburn in Birstall in 1829. "Mark Blackburn of Birstall of this parish and Jane Gledhill of Birstall of this parish were married in this church by banns this 19th day of January 1829..."
In 1851 they were living in Littletown, Yorkshire with children Richard, Martha, Henry, Abraham, Benjamin, Sarah Ann, Joseph & Alfred.
Jane died in Liversedge, Yorkshire in 1879.
