SALINEVILLE - W. Howard "Mickey" Goddard, 75, of The West End, died Saturday at [illegible] a.m. at [illegible] Hospital in Youngstown, where he had been a patient for two weeks.
He was born Aug. 15, 1911, in Salineville, a son of the late Addie Goddard and Leah Katie Beadnell Goddard.
He was retired from applications [illegible] with the Deming Pump Company in Salem. He was an active member of Stan Baker and the Music Makers.
Survivors include his wife, Beulah [illegible] Goddard at home, a daughter, Mrs. William (Leah) Dey Jr. of Strongsville; three sons, Donald Goddard of N. Canton, Dennis Goddard of Cuyahoga Falls, and Gene Goddard of Poland; a brother, Thomas Goddard of Salineville; and six grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Kerr Funeral Home with the Rev. Peter Elencoly of the United Methodist Church of Salineville officiating. Burial will be in Highlandtown Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 4 to 8:30 p.m.
