Ellen Catherine Godwin-Warren, 93, of Eastover, NC, passed away on May 17, 2021 due to complications from cancer.

She was born on September 19, 1927.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of her life was her church and her family. She worked in a number of positions at Lebanon Baptist Church including as a Sunday school teacher, director of Vacations Bible School, Baptist Training Union (BTU) instructor, as well as Women's Missionary Union (WMU) leader.

In her earlier years, she worked in a family country store. Later she worked with Cumberland County school system as a cafeteria manager. After retiring from the school system, she worked as Eastover Artworks where she enjoyed working in the framing department.
