Biography

Olivine Goins is a part of US Black heritage.

Olivine was born about 1914. He is the son of Andrew Goins and Lillie McNeal. In 1920, the family was living in Washington County, Texas.^[1]

Olivine may be the same person as Arvin listed in the 1930 census^[2].and Alvin in the 1940 census.^[3]
