Biography

Ross was born in 1950. He was the son of Oren Gorman and Joy Williams. Passed away after a courageous 12-month battle with esophageal cancer. Ross graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from Iowa State University. He really loved working in his field for nearly 38 years, most recently for Lamp Rynearson and Associates. He was an avid duplicate bridge player and enjoyed other card games and golf. He was preceded in death by his father, Oren S. Gorman Jr. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; mother, Joy; sisters: Dr. Linda Gorman of Lexington, KY, Nina Duffy and husband Jerome of Fort Worth, TX; sister-in-law, Jan McLaughlin and husband Bob of Omaha; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and beloved friends..^[1]
