Biography
"Jean was a daughter of Harry and Maude Fine Goulstone. She graduated from James M Coughlin High School in Wilkes-Barre, and from West Chester State Teachers College. On June 29, 1935, she married Eckley Engler. The couple had no children. Jean taught school in Plymouth and Wilkes-Barre townships in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, and later taught in the Coatesville Area School District for 20 years, retiring in 1971.
