Francis was born in 1682. He is the son of Francis Gower and Anne Clarke. [1]
Will
His will was made March 2,1691,Old Rappahannock,Virginia. Francis Gower late dec'd ,his will was proved in this court whereby Stanley Gower,his brother is appointed exor. ordered by the court to take in posession the estate,and take the care and tuition,the children of said Francis.[2]
