Sarah Graves was born about 1800 in Penobsquis, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of William Graves (1761–1836) and Emma Armstrong (1765–1866).[1]

Her siblings were:

Sarah (22) married Humphrey Hayward (21) (born in 1801 in Windsor, Nova Scotia, Canada; son of George Griffith Hayward and Abigail (Copp) Hayward) on March 13, 1823 in Sussex, , New Brunswick.

Sarah died on February 13, 1835 in Penobsquis, aged about 34.[1] She was buried in Anderson Cemetery, Penobsquis, New Brunswick.

Research Notes

Sarah Graves was born in New Brunswick. Her birth date is uncertain. The Graves Family Association gives both 1794/5 and 1800. Her grave marker seems to confirm the 1800 date.
