Biography
Arthur was born in 1882 in Vermont.[1]
On September 24, 1906, Arthur married Grace Cate in New Hampshire.[2] Together, they had ten children.[3] By 1920, the family had moved from New Hampshire to Massachusetts.[4]
He passed away in 1963 in Massachusetts.[5]
