Velzia Gray was born on April 26, 1932 in Texas, United States, daughter of Wade Gray (~1900– ) and Inez Parker (1909–1988).[1]
In the 1940 census Delzia (age 9) was the daughter of Inez Gray in Marion, Texas.[2]
