Biography

George W. was born in 1863. He was the son of Jacob Green and Cynthia Williamson.

In the 1880 census George (age 17), At Home, was the single son of Cynthia Green in York Township, Carroll, Illinois, United States.^[1]

George was married to Mary Jane McGinnis in 1884. She was the daughter of Enoch McGinnis (1828–1892) and Beulah Buckley (1828–1900), who were married on 17 October 1850 at Stephenson, Illinois.

They had four children; Hattie M 1885, Cynthia 1887, Enoch Truman 1888 and Lizy R 1891.
