Victoria was born in 1849. She was the daughter of Henley Gregg and Amy Hoge. She married Thomas Rogers in 1875. There marriage was blessed with three children. She passed away in 1934 and was laid to rest at Northern Cemetery in Barnesville, Belmont County, Ohio.
