Biography

Paul K. Gremminger, 76 of Route 2, Campbellsport, died Saturday morning, Nov. 4, 1978, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born Jan 2, 1902, at Campbellsport, the second born twin son of Frank and Elizabeth Ullrich Gremminger, twin to Peter J. Gremminger. He married Frances Fox on Sept. 10, 1930, at St. Michael's Church, Dotyville. Mr. Gremminger was a retired farmer and a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Campbellsport, and the church Holy Name Society. He was a 50 year member of Catholic Knights. Survivors include his wife, four sons, Eugene and David of Campbellsport, Robert of West Bend and Dr. Roger Gremminger of Milwaukee, four daughters, Miss Ruth Gremminger of Milwaukee, Sister Elaine Gremminger of Waukegan, Ill, Mrs. Ernest (Carol) Jones of West Bend, and Miss Susan Gremminger of Milwaukee; one brother, Roderick of Mayville; eight grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Eleanor, Miller of Campbellsport, Mrs. Valeria Cosgrove of Fond du Lac, and Mrs. Olive Dieringer of Waubena. He was preceded in death by one son, three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Campbellsport and at 11 a.m. Monday at St Matthews Catholic Church, Campbellsport. The Rev. Victor Kemmer will officiate, and burial will be in the church cemetery.
