MARRIAGE NOTICE. DEMPSTER–GRESHAM.–On the 28th May, at St. Andrew's Church Esperance by the Rev. A Burton, William Edward, son of Andrew Dempster of Muresk, Northam to Jessie, youngest daughter of the late William Hutchinson Gresham of Port Melbourne, Victoria.
WEDDING REPORT. The Anglican Church at Esperance Bay was the scene of a pretty wedding on the 28th ult., when Miss Jessie A. Gresham, youngest daughter of the late Mr. W. H. Gresham, of Port Melbourne, was married to Mr. W. E. Dempster, second son of Mr. Andrew Dempster, J.P., of Muresk, Eastern Railway. The church was prettily decorated with palms and wild bush flowers by Miss Provis. The bride, who was given away by Dr. Black, R.M., in the unavoidable absence of Mr. C. Taylor, her brother-in-law, wore a well-made gown of China silk, trimmed with bèbè ribbon and Valenciennes lace, and the usual orange-blossom and veil. The two little bridesmaids, Miss Bessie Cotton, niece of the bridegroom, and Miss Mary Burton, daughter of the Rev. W. Burton, wore cream cashmere frocks, trimmed with bèbè ribbon, cream lace hats, and cream shoes and stockings. Mr. Weston acted as best man, and Mr. McGinn was organist. After the ceremony the wedding party assembled at Sea View, where afternoon tea was given by Mrs. Campbell Taylor, sister of the bride. . . .

DEATH NOTICE. DEMPSTER.—At Esperance Bay, West Australia, Jessie beloved wife of W. E. Dempster, and youngest daughter of the late W. H. Gresham, of Port Melbourne.
DEATH REPORT. Mrs. William Edward Dempster, wife of the Mayor of Esperance, died on Monday morning from inflammation of the brain. Only a fortnight ago the late Mrs. Dempster returned to Esperance, after a visit to her husband's relations at Northam.
