Biography

Tamson was born in 1808. She was the daughter of Ezekiel Groom and Rhoda Mc Donald. She passed away in 1904. The 1850 census shows Augustus "Britton." Augustus Groome was actually the the son of John Groom and Elizabeth Britton but was reared by Hosea and Tamson Britton.
