Gregoire Guillory was born on October 1, 1894 in Eunice, St. Landry, Louisiana, United States, son of Emmanuel Guillory (~1840–~1918) and Amelia Emily King (~1852–~1933).

Gregoire died on December 11, 1944 in St. Landry, aged 50.[1]
