Karl Hader was born in 1871 in Austria. He was the son of Wenzel Hader.
He married Beate (or Berta) Rothböck in February 1898. They had four sons: Karl, Ludwig, Hermann and Otto.
Karl was a master blacksmith (Scheidemeister) in Guntramsdorf, Mödling, Lower Austria. He was an owner of a property at Hauptstrasse 31 in Guntramsdorf, known as "Hader Haus" that contained his blacksmith workshop and forge. His sons Hermann and Otto continued to operate the forge until the 1960's. The property was later known as "Alte Schmeide Hermann Hader", an inn or hotel that operated on the property. The building was demolished in 2010.
Karl's date of passing is currently unknown.
