In 1841 she was aged 1 and lived at Stoops, with her parents and her brother John. The spelling is not consistent with later records but there are enough other agreements to convince this contributor that the record is for the right family.
In the 1861 census Anne was at home with her parents and 5 siblings at 299 Stoops, Longwood, W Yorkshire. She was working as a 'domestic', the same as her mother Elizabeth.[1]
