Notes for HANNAH HAINES: The following is furnished from the Modified Register for Aaron Haines, sent by Evelyn B. Haynes

From the Greene County, Pennsylvania Orphan's Court Docket 3-440, September 1854: "Hannah intermarried with Wm. Fox now deceased leaving children whose names and residences are unknown to the petitioner (Samuel Long)". It is presumed that the "now deceased" refers to Hannah, not William, otherwise the children would not have been noted. These children are not identified in subsequent land transactions, leading to the conclusion that their whereabouts could not be determined.
