Biography

Ruth was a teacher in Grand Bank and St. John's, and a church organist and choir director in St. John's before her marriage. She was also involved in guiding. In Lucknow, Ontario, she was also involved in the family business as bookkeeper. She was choir leader from 1964 and organist from 1968 to 1973 in Lucknow United Church. She also shared her musical talent with the Lucknow Community.
