Biography

Descendant of William Brewster, a Mayflower passenger.

Taylor was born in 1940. He was the son of Ernest Hall and Docia Forrest. He was a long-time Humphreys County Court Clerk. Acting in his official capacity, Taylor signed the Marriage Certificate of Ben and Holly Couch. He passed away in 2020.
