William Hallock [1]
Private William Hallock served with Connecticut Militia during the American Revolution.
William Hallock is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A049762.
William Hallock was a soldier in the revolution and a prisoner of the British one year in the old sugar-house of infamous memory in New York City. He was taken prisoner at the battle of Long Island ..." [2]
He was born calculated 1755. DAR lists 1764. He died 11 Apr 1817 and was buried [3] in Oak Cliff Cemetery, Derby, New Haven, CT. [4]
William married Ruth Hawkins as per his DAR Record A049762.
