She was the daughter of John Halloways (1792 - 1881) and Mary Anne Clarke (1793 - 1861). She was Christened on 19 May 1816 in Goldsborough-by-Knaresborough.[1]
She was the 2nd of 11 children, her siblings being; William, Mary, Richard, John, Thomas, Jane Clarke, Mary Elizabeth, Jabez, Charlotte and Joseph.
Anne married Thomas Fryer (1818 - 1884) on 10 Jul 1838 in Arkendale, Knaresborough, Yorkshire, United Kingdom.[2] Their children were:
Anne died on 7 Nov 1891 in Leeds, Yorkshire West Riding, England aged 75. (or 72???)

Some of the dates don't really match. I think there could be more than one Ann or Anne Fryer, and some of the above have been mixed. More research required.
