According to grandnephew Samuel Harbaugh's biography in Williams, Jonathan was born on 18 October 1803; he married Elizabeth Stephey and had children George, a son who died in infancy, Isabella, Samuel Milton, William Henry, Rosina Elizabeth, John Nicholas, and twin sons who died in infancy.[1]
