Isaac Harper is a part of US Black heritage.

Isaac was born in 1903 in Alabama. He was the son of Isaac Harper and Mary Beverett.

He married Della and by 1930 they had moved to Clairton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania where he was working in the steel industry.

He passed away in 1960 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He was buried in McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery in McKeesport. He and Della did not appear to have had any children.
