Biography

Margery Harrington was born on May 18th, 1740 to Daniel Harrington and Mary Leonard. ^[1][2]

She married, as her first husband, Benjamin Warren on May 5th, 1766. They had one child together, Benjamin Warren, who was baptized on June 7th, 1772. ^[3]

After Benjamin passed away, she married Ephraim Breed on February 15th, 1795. ^[4][3] It is unknown if there were any children of this marriage. There are no children born to this couple in the Charlestown, Athol or Marlborough Vital Records.

Margery passed away on January 24th, 1810 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. ^[5]

Research Notes

Margery's year of birth is recorded as 1741 in "The History of Marlborough" and as 1740 in the Massachusetts Vital Records. The year of 1740 is used here. Her first name is spelled "Margaright" in the vital records. ^[5] Her marriage record to Ephraim shows Margery as does the record of her death.
