Biography

John Harvey was born on 24th December 1875 at Valetta, Malta. He was the only son of John Harvey and Rosa Stewart. He attended Harrow School.

He married Patience Leslie on 22nd July 1911 at St George Hanover Square, London.^[1] They made their home at Ringstead Bury, Norfolk. They had three children:

• Lieutenant Colonel John Leslie Harvey (1913-)
• Francis Oliver Audley Harvey (1915-31)
• Major Thomas Cockayne Harvey (1918-2001)

He was Colonel in the British Army.

He passed away on 22nd March 1936 at Marylebone, Middlesex.^[2]
