Biography
Thomas was born April 30, 1815 and baptised on August 10, 1815 in Quilon, Madras, India, in the Presidency of Fort St. George, India. He is the son of Henry Harvey and Emily MacKay. His father was described as Capt. Henry Harvey of the 19th Regiment.[1][2]
