The Hatcher Family Genealogy Association has an entry for her in its database:

http://hatcherfamilyassn.com/getperson.php?personID=I23162&tree=WmTheIm It seems to list her kids with the last name Hatcher, though some, like daughter Fedora, show "nicknames" of Blackmore.

Ann seems to have received her maiden name from her father, and he received it from his mother, Anna. She connects back to the ealiest Hatcher in America, William, who appears around Jamestown, Virginia in the 1630s.

FamilySearch.org has an entry for Annie as well: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LYL7-CP4 Theys how no ancestry for her, but have entries for her husband and descendants.
