Biography

Halleen Elizabeth Haworth was born[1] Jan 28, 1893, in[2] Kansas, the daughter[3] of Alonzo Jackson and Esther Angeline Haworth.

Halleen's middle name is listed[4] on her death certificate; in the report of a divorce suit filing (El Paso TX Times, Sat, Oct 29, 1938; newspapers.com); and in the publication[5] of her divorce from Otis Veazie, about January, 1939.

In the 1920 census{\super 2685}, Hellun Vazie, b ~1894, Kansas, was listed as the wife of Otis C Vazie. "N C Haworth," b ~1898, Kansas, was listed as "Bro-in-law," confirming the association[6] of Halleen Veazie with Hallen Haworth in the family of Alonzo and Esther Hayworth.

Halleen Elizabeth Haworth Bennett died{\super 4760} Aug 28, 1976, Sun Towers Hospital, El Paso, Texas, at the age of 83 of a heart attack. Her remains were removed for burial to Masonic Cemetery, Las Cruses, New Mexico. Hallen (apparently) married second{\super 840} Delmar Bennet(t), as her name appears on a headstone with Delmar.
