He was the son of Margaret and John Haworth. He was baptised on 31 May 1832 at The Close, Lichfield, Staffordshire.[1]
He died on 21 June 1856 at Penrith, Cumberland. He was buried on 27 June 1856 at Upperby, Cumberland.[2]
