Charles was the son of Otis Hayward and Elizabeth Parris. [1]

He married Mary Ann Gordon.[2]

Charles died in Plymouth and is buried at Second Congregational Church aka Manomet Cemetery, Manomet, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.[3]
