Dated March 22, 1794 and proved April 5, 1796: Leaves to wife, Judith, all household goods and good cow and use of great room and bedroom.

To son Henry, 5 acres of land bounded by son Benjamin on the east, north on James Brownells homestead farm, west on Tunipers [Junipers?] Pond and south to make 5 acres.

To son Benjamin part of the homestead where Benj., Sr. lives (includes a quicksand pond).

To son John 100 silver dollars.

To son Gamaliel certain land.

To sons Benjamin, Lovett and Gamaliel the rest.
